Luxury Lime Wash Feature Wall, Mona Vale

Sky Painting & Decorating completed this Porter’s Paints Lime Wash feature wall in a Mona Vale home. The surface was carefully prepared before the decorative coating was applied by hand to create soft colour movement and a varied finish.

The project photograph provides a real example of the effect in an interior. The changing tones are part of its decorative character, rather than the uniform colour of conventional wall paint. Use the photograph to discuss the look you prefer, while allowing for differences in your own room’s colour scheme, light and surface condition.

When planning an interior Lime Wash feature, identify the wall dimensions, existing coating, repairs, furniture and access. Discuss how the wall will be used and cleaned, together with any sample or protective finish, before the application system is agreed. The exact product and preparation are specified for the proposed surface.
